Do I have to reserve my vacation rental on line?

Pacific Grove Rentals is happy to assist you with an online reservation, help you during a visit to our office, over the phone, or through email.  
What is required to reserve a vacation rental?

 A credit card must be held on file even if you do not pay with a credit card. You must eighteen years or older and agree to sign the terms and conditions.  

What is included in a vacation rental?

Our vacation homes are fully equipped with furnishings in every room for maximum comfort. Bed and bath linens are provided with one extra set. There is just enough paper and soap products to get you started and the kitchen is equipped with utensils and cook ware to accommodate any chef.

Do I have to begin my reservation on a any particular day?

Your reservation may begin on any day of the week.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am unless other arrangements are made with Pacific Grove Rentals.

When is my total payment due?

The total payment is due 45 days before your arrival date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be in writing within 45 days of your arrival date.  Except as provided by Travel Insurance. Cancellation at any time results in forfeiture of your initial deposit. If you are within the 45 day cancellation period, Pacific Grove Rentals will do their best to re-rent the property, a refund may be provided for the amount the property is re-rented.
